Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you hire DGREAT.AI to build a website, set up an AI agent or automate part of your business. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
What we agree on
Before any work starts you receive a written proposal listing what is included, the price and the delivery time. That proposal is the agreement. Anything not written in it is not part of the project, and prices shown on this website are starting points, not final quotes.
Payment
- Websites are a one-time payment: 50% to start, 50% before the site goes live
- AI agents, automations and care plans are billed monthly. The AI Chatbot, the AI Voice Agent and the Automations founding offer have a 3-month minimum. Website + AI packages with the setup included have a 6-month minimum on the monthly plan. Care plans have no minimum
- After its minimum term, a monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current month
- If a plan is cancelled before its minimum term ends, the remaining months of the minimum are billed; for packages with the setup included, the setup that was included becomes payable instead
- To cancel, write to alexdgreat.ai@gmail.com before your next billing date. You can update your card and download invoices from the “Manage my subscription” link in the footer of our site
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. You may also pay a website in full upfront using the secure payment link on our pricing section
- Prices are in Canadian dollars unless the proposal says otherwise, and do not include applicable taxes
What we need from you
Projects move at the speed of the content. We need your texts, images, logo and access to your domain. If we do not hear back for 30 days, the project is paused and restarting it may change the timeline. Anything you send us must be yours to use — if you supply photos or text you do not own, you are responsible for that.
Revisions and delivery
Every package includes two rounds of revisions on the agreed design. Changes that add pages, features or a new direction are quoted separately. Delivery times start the day we have your content, not the day you pay.
Who owns the work
Once the project is paid in full, the website, its code and its content are yours, and so is the domain. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party components keep their own licences, and ongoing services such as hosting or AI usage continue only while their plan is active.
About the AI services
Chatbots and voice agents are built on third-party AI models. They are very good but not perfect: they can misunderstand a question or give an imperfect answer. We configure them carefully and hand over a way to escalate to a human, but you remain responsible for what your business tells its customers. We do not recommend using them, unsupervised, for medical, legal or financial advice.
Automated messages (SMS and email)
Automations that send SMS or email to your customers must follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). You are responsible for having your recipients' consent to be contacted. We set up each message so recipients can unsubscribe, and we stop messaging anyone who does. Plans include up to 500 SMS per month; extra messages are billed at $0.05 each. SMS sending numbers must be verified by the mobile carriers, which can take days or weeks and is outside our control.
Uptime and support
We host on infrastructure with strong availability, but no site is online 100% of the time and outages at a provider are outside our control. Care plan clients get monitoring and priority response; without a plan, support is billed hourly.
Limits
We do everything we reasonably can to deliver work that performs. We cannot guarantee a specific position in search results, a number of leads or an amount of revenue — no one honestly can. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the project it relates to.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point; anything already delivered and paid for stays yours. Monthly services end at the close of the current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Questions
Write to alexdgreat.ai@gmail.com. We would rather answer a question before a project than argue about a clause after it.
