Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information DGREAT.AI collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because our site does very little with your data.

Who we are

DGREAT.AI designs websites and builds AI automation for small businesses. For questions about this policy or your data, write to alexdgreat.ai@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form:

If you use Sacha, our chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to generate a reply. We do not store chat conversations, and you should not share sensitive information in them.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we never collect sensitive information such as government IDs or health data.

Why we use it

To answer you and prepare a proposal. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Cookies and similar technology

We use a small amount of browser storage that is strictly necessary: your language choice and your cookie decision. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they never leave your browser.

Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you turn them on. Nothing in those categories loads before you consent, and you can change your mind at any time through cookie settings.

Who else sees it

We use a few service providers to run the site. They only process data on our instructions:

Some of these providers operate servers outside Canada, which means your information may be processed abroad under the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as we are in touch about your project, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete them earlier and we will.

Your rights

Under Québec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us to:

Write to alexdgreat.ai@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.

Changes

If we start using new tools that handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again.
