Questions

Before you pack.

When is the best time to go?

December to April is dry season: sunny and busy. May to November is the green season — lush, quieter and cheaper, with afternoon showers.

Is it suitable for kids?

Yes, from age 8 on most trips. Rafting is 12+. We run family departures in July and at Christmas.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure. After that, your deposit becomes credit for any trip within two years.

Do I need a visa?

Canadian, US and most EU passport holders don’t need a visa for stays up to 180 days. Your passport must be valid for your whole stay.
